Scenario 1 : Accueil d'un client a l'hotel (formel)

Guest: "Thank you so much for upgrading my room. That was very kind."
Receptionist: "My pleasure, Mr. Johnson. We want your stay to be perfect."
Guest: "And thank you for the welcome gift in the room."
Receptionist: "It's our pleasure. Is there anything else I can help you with?"
Guest: "Could you recommend a restaurant nearby?"
Receptionist: "Of course. I'd be delighted to assist. Let me prepare a list for you."
Analyse : Le receptionniste utilise le registre formel : "My pleasure", "It's our pleasure", "delighted to assist". Jamais de "no problem" ou "no worries" dans l'hotellerie de luxe.

Scenario 2 : Reunion d'equipe (standard/professionnel)

Manager: "Thanks for staying late to finish the presentation, everyone."
Emma: "Happy to help. The client will appreciate the extra effort."
Manager: "David, your data analysis was excellent. Thank you."
David: "Don't mention it. I actually enjoyed digging into the numbers."
Manager: "And thanks to Sarah for the design work."
Sarah: "Glad to help. Let me know if you need any revisions."
Analyse : Registre standard/professionnel. Chaque personne utilise une expression differente — variete naturelle typique des natifs anglophones.

Scenario 3 : Appel telephonique avec un fournisseur (semi-formel)

You: "Hi Mark, I wanted to thank you for expediting our order."
Mark: "Of course. We know how important timing is for your project."
You: "The quality was impeccable too. We really appreciate it."
Mark: "The pleasure is ours. We value the partnership."
You: "Thanks again for going above and beyond."
Mark: "Anytime. That's what partners are for. Don't hesitate to call."
Analyse : Mark passe du formel ("The pleasure is ours") a l'informel ("Anytime") pour creer une relation de proximite commerciale. Technique avancee de communication B2B.

Scenario 4 : Entre colocataires (informel)

Alex: "Hey, thanks for doing the dishes. You didn't have to!"
Jamie: "No worries! You cooked, so it's only fair."
Alex: "And thanks for picking up milk on your way home."
Jamie: "Sure thing. I was going to the shop anyway."
Alex: "You're the best flatmate ever. Seriously, thank you."
Jamie: "You got it! Now stop thanking me, it's getting weird."
Analyse : Registre 100% informel. "No worries", "Sure thing", "You got it" — ces expressions seraient inappropriees dans un email a un client. Le contexte definit toujours le registre.
