Dialogue 1 : Reservation par telephone

Beautician : "Good afternoon, Belle Institut. How can I help you?"

Client : "Hi, I'd like to book a facial and a manicure for next Saturday, please."

Beautician : "Of course. At what time would you like to come?"

Client : "Around 2pm if possible?"

Beautician : "We have a slot at 1:30pm or 3pm. The full session will take about one hour and a half."

Client : "3pm works best. My name is Sarah Wilson."

Beautician : "Perfect, Sarah. Could I have a contact number? And may I ask how you heard about us?"

Client : "I found you on Google. My number is 07 123 456 789."

Beautician : "Lovely. You're all booked in. See you Saturday at 3pm!"

Dialogue 2 : Diagnostic et consultation

Beautician : "Please take a seat. Before we start, I'd like to ask a few questions about your skin."

Client : "Sure, go ahead."

Beautician : "What's your main concern today? Dryness, breakouts, fine lines?"

Client : "My skin feels very dull and tired lately. And I've noticed some dark circles."

Beautician : "I understand. Do you use SPF every day?"

Client : "Not really, only in summer."

Client : "I'm listening."
